Design Day with Sarah was created for clients who want meaningful movement on their home without committing to a longer design engagement. This one-day intensive allows us to work side-by-side in your space, addressing key rooms, styling opportunities, and design decisions in real time. Through hands-on collaboration and expert direction, we refine layouts, selections, and styling details on site — helping you leave the day with clear decisions, next steps, and renewed confidence in your home.

1. PRE-SESSION STRATEGY

Prior to your Design Day: We begin with a 30-minute preparation call to understand your space, priorities, and key questions. You’ll receive guidance on what to gather in advance so our time together is focused and productive.

Result: A clear agenda and shared focus so you know exactly what we’ll cover and what to expect.

2. DESIGN DAY INTENSIVE

4-Hour In-Home or Virtual Session:  We work through your project in real time, reviewing layouts, materials, finishes, furnishings, and overall strategy. Whether you’re evaluating a contractor’s plan, making time-sensitive decisions, or establishing direction for one or more rooms, Sarah provides clear guidance, honest feedback, and creative solutions on the spot.

Result: Fast, informed decision-making. Confidence you’re making the right calls with a trusted expert by your side.

3. POST-SESSION SUMMARY & NEXT STEPS

Following your session: You’ll receive a written summary outlining key recommendations, resources, links, and prioritized next steps, so you can move forward with clarity and intention.

Result: No more spinning in circles. A clear path forward and the peace of mind that you’re on the right track.

PRICING:  All pricing is confirmed prior to work beginning.


In-Home Design Day (4 hours) — $2,000

  • Local to the Bay Area. Travel fees may apply outside San Mateo County.

Virtual Design Day (4 hours) — $1,500

  • Available worldwide.


Note: Furnishings, materials, and implementation services are quoted separately.
